Additional Teachers
    Additional Teachers – will not have access to the teacher grade book directly (this means – the additional teacher cannot enter scores for students in the grade book) but, additional teachers will be able to enter attendance and see gradebook information. Additional Teachers can see valuable information that will assist in educating the students.
 
Additional Teachers - Make sure when accessing student data, you follow FERPA laws and rules.  Student data must be protected at all times.

Additional Teachers View – Access will vary according to the permissions that are given in the Teacher group.  Additional Teachers will have the same permissions as teachers.

Academic Intervention

 
Academic Intervention – Additional Teachers can add Academic Interventions for students.

Select a student to add an Academic Intervention to by clicking on the student name/card.

Academic Interventions are shared by all teachers who have the student scheduled in the teacher courses.  All other teachers are able to edit and interact with the students.

Behavior – Student Behavior can be added on the Schools Lens

 
Record Incident – allows users to add behavior incidents to be recorded only for teacher use or to be submitted to the Behavior Administrator for following up with the student.

 
Select the student to add a behavior incident for.

After selecting the student(s) and selecting the Role the student played in the incident – select - Close.

 
Select and include Incident Details.  Put in as much detail as possible.
 
Select – Alert Administration if you want the Behavior Administrator to follow up with the student.  If you don’t need the Behavior Administrator to help with this incident, it will be saved for the teacher.
 
Select - Submit Incident to save the incident.
