Aspire - Administrative Email Setup
Setting up E-Mail for communication between Faculty and Contacts -
Email >> Default From Address
Will be your school email address - info@yourschoolinformation
Email >> Server - depending on your email provider - for GSuite / Gmail
Example: smtp-relay.gmail.com
If you are not using GSuite/Gmail - for Other setups - you will need to contact your email service provider to give you that information After getting this information, contact USBE with this information and we will enter it for you.
Email >> Port - will be provided by your email service provider - After getting this information, contact USBE with this information and we will enter it for you.
Email >> Use SSL - will be provided by your email service provider - It is recommended to use SSL
SSL Stands for secure sockets layer. Protocol for web browsers and servers that allows for the authentication, encryption and decryption of data sent over the Internet. ... Wildcard SSL certificates Type of certificate used to secure multiple subdomains. This should not be used.
Email >> Username - will be provided by your email service provider - after getting this information, contact USBE with the information and we will enter it for you.
Email >> Password - will be provided by your email service provider - after getting this information, contact USBE with this information and we will enter it for you.
Email >> Permitted Domains - Add your email school information: yourschoolname.org

After setting this up, you should clear your school cache.
If you have problems - Possible errors
[530] The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.0 Authentication Required.
Or this may be the problem:
The IP address you registered in the G Suite SMTP relay service setting doesn’t match the domain of the account this email is being sent from. If you are trying to relay mail from a domain that isn’t registered in your G Suite account, you must configure your mail server either to use SMTP AUTH to identify the sending domain or to present one of your domain names in the HELO or EHLO command. See SMTP Relay service setting for more information.
