Assessment Scores
Assessment scores show the results stored in the USOE Assessment Data Warehouse. These scores are available for view only.
From Aspire Home screen select:
Select the School:
Select which assessment you would like to see:
If you click on any grade, it will show a list of students and their scores.
Teachers have two ways that they can view CRT Scores for the students in their class.
1. By selecting a class, then select which scores they would view.
2. By clicking on the “CRT Scores” tab in their gradebook.
The classes CRT Scores are loaded for that class. “Group by:” allows “Year” grouping with subjects displayed in separate columns. Group by “Test” lets you see the scores for a subject next to each other.
Changing the “Group by:” selection to “Test” changes the organization of the test information. Each of the columns are grouped by test.
Clicking the “Show Test Types” link displays the test label next to the score.
Color codes help to visualize pass / no pass results.
