Steps to Gain Administrative Access
Ensure that you have the necessary administrative role assigned within Aspire. Only users with administrative privileges can access and manage academy interventions.
Use your credentials to log in to the Aspire platform. If you do not have an account, contact your SIS Admin. to create one.
- Once logged in, go to the 'Academic Interventions' Tile. This can be found on the School Lens.
- Search for the student for whom you want to add an intervention. You can search for the student by name or ID.
- Click on the 'Add New Intervention' button. This will open a form where you can enter the details of the intervention.
- Fill in the necessary details such as the type of intervention, start date (defaults to today's date), end date (don't include if you want data added for the whole year), and any specific notes or goals. Be as detailed as possible to ensure the intervention is clear and actionable. Intervention information should only include information that all users are allowed to view.
- After entering all the details, click 'Save' to add the intervention to the student's profile.
- Administration will see all students in the school and can delete and edit all interventions entered..
